The DOUBLE TAP Snap Gun
That's right the Sparrows FLASH Snap Gun has gone through an upgrade and is even Gooder.
Yes you read that correctly - GOODER!
GOODER with a new title - the Double Tap.
The Double Tap Snap Gun does just as it suggests - it hits Twice. With a specially configured trigger the snap gun can hit once
or twice depending on the length of your trigger pull. Not only does it hit twice the needle action is a true vertical hit. Original
snap and flash guns worked with a pivot point to snap the needle and hit the pins inside the lock. With the Double Tap Snap Gun the entire needle is moved vertically and improves the timing of that kinetic energy hit to the pins. Where you really notice the difference is with six pin locks and narrow keyways. The original Snap gun is a fantastic tool, the double tap adds to the outer limits of what a traditional snap gun is capable of.
Also added is a thumb turn knob for attaching the various needles - this allows you to add or swap out various needles in the field with ease.

The SCIENCE OF SNAP
Snap guns are designed to hit the bottom pins of a lock with such force that they pass the energy on to the top pins creating a gap between the bottom and top pins.
That gap frees up the sheer line inside the lock and allows for the keyway to freely turn ....... opening the lock.
If you have ever seen one of those desk top kinetic energy toys where you have a series of metal balls in a frame and one ball transfers its "Hit" energy between all the other balls to send the distant ball swinging.
Well a Snap gun is working on the same theory.
